We started with spiced corn fritters and grilled eggplant with black sesame and Thai basil. The corn fritters were hot, crunchy and wolfed down smothered in a sweet and spicy green chilli jam. The eggplant was silky and rich, cut with the aniseed of the Thai basil, it didn’t last long either…
