- Up to 6 months
A baby less than 6 months old must be put in an approved rearward-facing child car seat. This can be a baby capsule or a convertible child car seat. - 6 months to 4 years
The minimum legal requirement for your child is an approved forward facing child seat with an inbuilt harness. However, rearward child car seats give your child the best protection - 4+ years
Your child can now use a booster seat with a properly fastened and adjusted seatbelt or child harness. - 145cm or taller
Your child should atleast be 145cm (or 4 feet 9 inches) to use the adult lap-sash seatbelt.
You need to pay for any fuel that you use. We supply a full tank and expect that you’ll return with a full tank. If you don’t, we charge $3.50 a litre for fuel.
Ensure safety of drivers and passengers. Call Ambulance on Triple Zero ‘000’ if necessary.
Do not admit liability under any circumstances, if the car needs towing call Specialized Tilt Tray and Towing on 0448 660 978 or 0499 600 200 Do not let anyone else tow the vehicle or you will be liable.

We collect your details and charge your credit card the day prior to collecting the vehicle unless you wish us to take payment earlier. Please note we do not accept Zippay, Afterpay Klarna or any form of Prepaid Credit cards. All amounts are in AUD only
Standard Vehicles: We take a $400 Bond, unless you reduce your liability in which case the bond will be either $300 or $200
Luxury Vehicles: A $500 bond is taken on all hires for Luxury Vehicles.

Yes, this is possible, the only requirement is that they have a current driver’s licence.

We do, as long as an additional $200 bond is provided
Absolutely. Every vehicle in our fleet is comprehensively covered by insurance. You can reduce your liability in the event of an accident if you wish.
We can, just let us know. This costs $5 for each day. We even have lightweight baby strollers! You can include these options in the online booking system
Yes, the baby seat will be fitted in the vehicle, but we ask that you triple check, to guarantee the safety of your child.
Absolutely. You have access to roadside assistance for 24 hours a day, should you require it. If you call RAC and the fault is ours it’s free. If it is your fault it is a $165 charge.
Most of our vehicles come with Android Auto or Apple Carplay, in most cases you will require your phones cable to access this feature.
We sure do. Optional accessories that might make your car hire a little bit more awesome include 45 litre cooler (aka esky) and deck chairs.

Only if you go over the 100 free kilometres or 200km ($5/day) that we allocate you each day. Extra Kms are charged at 25 cents per kilometre.
